Now
A living document. Not a résumé — more like a window into what is occupying my attention right now.
Offering
- Individual counselling on a sliding scale, in English, Mandarin, and Wu Chinese (Shanghainese). My practice is relational and informed by narrative, somatic, family systems, and nature-based approaches.
- Doula support: Currently accepting postpartum doula clients, supporting individuals and families through the early weeks and months after birth. Sliding-scale photography for individuals, families, births, weddings, community gatherings, and other significant moments.
Making
- Writing A Third Therapy Is Possible: Field Notes Toward a Wayward Therapeutic Practice — an unruly collection of questions about therapy, care, institutions, time, money, relationship, and what else might be possible.
- Editing photographs from this summer and building an accessible photography practice for families and the wider community. Writing poems, essays, fragments, and other things that are not quite sure what they are yet. Making several board games inspired by the absurdity of the solo parent life.
Organizing
- Exploring how the organizations we build might participate not only in service delivery, but in structural and legal change.
- Co-designing a youth wellness workshop series focused on mixed-cultural identity and belonging.
Reading & thinking
- Organizing a "Therapy & Law" reading group for radical therapists and legal professionals who are interested in paradigm shifts and systems change.
- Studying how to integrate the ritual arts into therapeutic offerings.
