Correspondence & public writing

The Therapist's Letterbox

Write me a letter.

Some questions do not need an appointment, a diagnosis, or an immediate answer.

I keep a physical letterbox for questions, stories, fragments, dilemmas, and things you have been trying to find language for. You can write about care, relationships, grief, family, therapy, systems, belonging — or something I have not thought to name yet.

With explicit permission, some letters may become starting points for open source essays or episodes of a developing podcast. The intention is not to dispense advice from a distance, but to stay with your question long enough and close enough to hear what else it might be trying to say.
